Photoshoot Secrets & Vintage Styling Tips: This shoot is part 2 of our epic Elopement Series we shot with the amazing destination & elopement wedding photographer @melodyjoy.co. called ‘Wild Beach Elopement’. It sits alongside our ‘1970s Rock N Roll Elopement’ and ‘Marry Me’ styled bridal shoots.
Melody is a fantastic photographer and modern stylish creative, and is so much fun to be around. We love working with her and it’s so easy to understand why she’s in such demand as a wedding photographer.
The story behind this shoot is all about our cool edgy rock n roll couple running away to elope. Melody wanted a cool stylish feel for our couple so our bride is wearing a rare 1970s broderie anglaise bohemian style wedding dress we found over in LA, the home of rock n roll boho style, and we’ve styled it with a rare 1970s black suede tassel jacket from our sister store ‘Those Were The Days Vintage’ and a pair of cool chunky boots. This bride is carefree, cool and has a rock n roll vibe to her wardrobe.
